Hotel booking guidelines

The Union has appointed Congrex Travel to deal with all hotel accommodation requests.

Hotel rooms in various price categories in the city of Lille have been reserved for the 42nd Union World Conference on Lung Health.

The hotels offer the following price ranges:

Rates are per room, per night, including breakfast and all applicable taxes.

Rooms are subject to Availability.

Online bookings for individuals

After 14 September 2011, Individual participants can only book their hotel room via internet, by using the Online Registration system.

Should your preferred arrival and/or departure date not be available online, please book the dates available and then contact the Congrex hotel department by phone or e-mail to arrange the additional nights.

Please contact Congrex directly should you have any issues reserving your hotel reservation online.

Group Bookings

For requests of more than 8 rooms, different conditions will be applied and a group contract will be set up.  Please contact Congrex Travel for more information.
