You can Register Online until the 24th October 2011.
The deadline for early-bird registration was 01 July 2011.
The deadline for offline registration was 15 October 2011.
The deadline for online registration is Monday, 24 October 2011.
All registrations after this date will be on-site registrations.

Registration Onsite
After October 24, 2011 Registration will only be possible onsite. Easy onsite registration will be set up at the Registration desk at the conference.

Membership
- Registration for the conference includes participation in all scientific sessions, access to the technical exhibition area and the scientific poster exhibition, an invitation to the Welcome Cocktail on 27 October 2011, coffee breaks and online access to the presentations of the conference after the conference has taken place.

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Cocktail on 27 October 2011 and coffee breaks, and will be given access to the exhibition area. Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.
- As a registered delegate, you hereby authorise The Union and attending Media to photograph you within the framework of the 42nd Union World Conference on Lung Health. Press: Other registered press representatives will be taking photographs and videotaping portions of the conference. Other photography: Delegates are entitled to take photographs of the Conference for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Union will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
Conditions of payment
All registration forms must be accompanied by the necessary payments (fees for registration, post-graduate course and accompanying persons) in Euros only. Registration will be processed only upon receipt of payment.
Bank fees have to be born by the participant.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer to the Conference Secretariat along with the registration form.
Upon receipt of registration form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your participation.
Please note, bank transfers will only be received up until 15 October 2011. No bank transfer payments will be accepted after this date.
Conditions of cancellation

Until 1 July 2011: full refund (less 80 Euros administrative charges)

2 July – 31 August 2011: cancellation charge of 50%

As of 1 September 2011: no refund
All cancellations must be notified to the Conference Secretariat in writing. The amount to be refunded will be calculated according to the date of receipt of the cancellation notification. All refunds will be made after the conference. Please note that no refund will be made 1 September 2011 due to non-receipt of visa.
Transfering of Registration - change of name
It is possible to transfer an existing registration to another person if you can no longer attend the registration. The transfer fee is charged at 80 €.
All transfer of Registrations must be notified to the Conference Secretariat in writing. Please send the existing registration name and registration number (5 digit number located above the name in the email confirmation) with a completed Offline Registration form for the person who the registration is being transfered to.
