Official languages

The official languages for this conference are English and French.
Simultaneous translation will be available for the main sessions (the plenary sessions and some symposia) marked with casque

Internet area

The service is free of charge to all registered delegates. The opening hours are the same as for the exhibition. You are kindly requested not to exceed 15 minutes connection so as to allow a maximum of delegates to benefit from this service.

Business and message centres

A business centre, equipped with computers, printers, fax machine and photocopier will be at the disposal of the registered delegates. You will be charged for these services. The opening hours are the same as for the exhibition.

A message centre will be at the disposal of the registered delegates. This service is free of charge.

Cloakroom

A free cloakroom will be at the disposal of delegates during the conference. Opening hours will be posted on site.

First aid

A medical service will be available during the conference. In case of emergency, the delegate will be transferred to the nearest hospital. Hospital expenses must be covered by the delegates.

 

Children

Facilities for children will not be available at the conference venue. Delegates are invited to contact their hotel for a list of babysitters. Children are not allowed in scientific sessions.
