We are pleased to invite you to attend the 41st Union World Conference on Lung Health to be hosted at the ICC Berlin, Germany, on 11-15 November 2010.This conference will be very special as it will celebrate the 90th birthday of The Union and mark the 100th anniversary of the death of Robert Koch who isolated the tuberculosis bacillus in 1882 and was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his tuberculosis findings in 1905. This form should be duly filled in and sent  to the Conference Secretariat by fax or mail, along with your payment.

The deadline for early-bird registration is 30 July 2010.

The deadline for pre-registration is 20 October 2010.
